Rules and guidelines for participating in the eFaRPi realm

By accessing or using eFaRPi, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform.
2. Eligibility & Account Security
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use eFaRPi. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (email Magic Link or Google OAuth) and all activities under your account.
3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree not to create, upload, or share prompts that promote hate speech, harassment, illegal acts, or infringement of intellectual property. Automated scraping, exploitation of vulnerabilities, or disrupting game sessions for other players is strictly prohibited.
4. AI-Generated Content
Narratives, characters, and dialogues are created algorithmically by artificial intelligence. While we implement content guardrails, AI outputs are purely fictional. eFaRPi does not guarantee factual accuracy or endorsement of generated statements.
5. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing
Paid subscriptions (Pro, Master) and credit purchases are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via the customer billing portal. Refunds are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Intellectual Property
The eFaRPi branding, software, designs, and platform infrastructure remain the exclusive property of eFaRPi. Public adventures shared in Trends can be viewed and enjoyed by the community in accordance with platform visibility settings.
7. Limitation of Liability
eFaRPi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances will eFaRPi be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service downtime or loss of game progress.
8. Termination & Modifications
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. We may revise these terms periodically, and continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
